Retail Inventory and Management App – Easipetcare
Project Background
Easipetcare offers affordable veterinary treatment throughout England, with 6 main veterinary centres and 45 vaccination clinics. Their vaccination clinics used paper processes and data input to record customer and animal health records, stock levels, stock forecasting and communication to customers and staff.
The business wanted to improve their stock and records management as well as their customer and staff communication.
Clearapps were initially approached by Easipetcare to help improve their paper based data capture process. We quickly identified a number of problem areas, including the cost of operating their paper processes and redesigning their forms to provide successful and accurate data capture.
As an alternative to paper processing, Clearapps recommended a digital retail management application to resolve their problems and deliver the following benefits:

The Solution
Easipetcare agreed that a digital solution would deliver the greatest benefits and engaged Clearapps to consult with them to design a bespoke application. Designed using responsive web design, it allows their mobile workforce to use a wide range of mobile devices.
The retail management web application is also used by back office staff for administration purposes, such as customer reminders and appointments, as well as real time data to produce management reports for stock levels and forecasting.
